Another week, and yet another vegan restaurant is opening it’s doors, showing that demand for vegan food is certainly not slowing down any time soon!

What’s on the menu?

Dishes on the menu include meat-free versions of classic meat dishes like the Buffalo Hen of the Wood with dairy-free blue cheese, as well as a PS Burger made with a Beyond Meat patty, which comes with both dairy-free queso and thousand island dressing. Diners can also tuck into fettuccini alfredo with orzo and cream sauce, along with a Spinach-Artichoke Dip with toasted croutons. Check out the full menu here.

All the profits from P.S. Kitchen are reportedly being donated to charities with missions to disrupt the poverty cycle, including The Doe Fund and Share Hope.

As for the “P.S.” in the name: “This is more than a restaurant and the postscript reflects that there is more to the story,” explains co-owner Craig Cochran. “PS We donate all profits to charitable organizations. PS We hire staff from underprivileged backgrounds. PS All food and drink is plant-based.”

Where can I find P.S. Kitchen?

P.S. Kitchen is located at 246 West 48TH Street, New York, NY, 10036.
