High street retailer Marks & Spencer has announced the launch of three exciting new plant-based products joining its vegan Plant Kitchen range.

Hot on the heels of the launch of its first vegan ice creams in its Plant Kitchen range, M&S has added two tempting new frozen treats that are perfect for summer – Chocolate & Caramel Sticks and Chocolate & Vanilla Cones.

Putting a vegan-twist on the classic Cornetto, the Plant Kitchen Chocolate & Vanilla Cones (£2.50 for 4) feature a gluten-free biscuit cone topped with creamy chocolate and vanilla ice cream and chocolate flakes.

Taking inspiration from Magnum ice creams, the Plant Kitchen Chocolate & Caramel Sticks (£2.50 for 2) are comprised of indulgent caramel and vanilla ice cream wrapped in chocolate.

As well as being dairy-free, the delicious new vegan ice creams are also gluten-free.

Keen to ensure that vegans can enjoy all the delights of a summer barbecue without compromise this year, M&S has added new vegan sausages that are perfect when paired with the retailers newly-released avocado brioche buns.

The new Plant Kitchen Posh Dogs (£3.50 for 4) are made with roasted mushrooms, soya, sweet caramelised onions, black pepper and a delicious blend of herbs.

Announcing the news, the company said in a statement: “At M&S we understand that even if you’re cutting out meat or dairy, you definitely don’t want to miss out on flavour.

“From tasty No Beef Burgers to Meat-free Sausages, and creamy Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream, we have everything you need for the ULTIMATE vegan-friendly BBQ or picnic this summer.”

The new Plant Kitchen products are available to purchase in-store at M&S now.
