Hot on the heels of the release of its brand new vegan range, Plant Kitchen, which features over 60 meals, snacks and ingredients, high-street retailer Marks & Spencer has released a huge new range of affordable vegan shoes featuring 350 styles.
Marks & Spencer has launched its first ever vegan shoe range for spring featuring over 350 affordable designs after the recent success of the launch of its new dedicated vegan food range.
Announcing the news in an Instagram post, the company stated: “Step into Spring with some new season shoes, including our vegan friendly womenswear and menswear styles, available online and in stores.”
The footwear range includes a wide range of styles to suit every shopper and occasion, including heels, trainers, sandals, and boots for both men and women. All of the vegan-friendly shoes in the range will be marked with the same logo found on Marks & spencer’s other plant-based products.
Keen to make sure the shoes are accessible to a wide range of customers, the average priced of shoes in the range sits at around £25. According to LiveKindly, a stylish pair of rainbow trainers costs £25 whilst beige sandals can be purchased for just £19.50.
Rachel Smith, Senior Footwear Technologist at M&S said: “After increased customer interest in veganism and a rise in online searches for related products, we decided to investigate the possibility of expanding our vegan-friendly offering into footwear and accessories.
She added: “Over the year we have analysed our products and gone the extra mile to ensure we offer a great selection that comply with all vegan requirements.”
