Marks & Spencer is launching a mouth-watering new vegan sandwich as part of its Christmas range.

Marks & Spencer is giving hungry vegans looking for festive food-on-the-go a delicious new option in the form of its new Plant Kitchen Nutcracker Sandwich.

Joining its Christmas range in stores this week, the Plant Kitchen Nutcracker Sandwich (£3.50) features layers of sweet potato, chestnut and cranberry roast, butternut squash, cranberry chutney, pistachios and caramelised pecans with an almond butter vegan mayo dressing.

The high-street retailer has also released a delicious selection of new vegan products to take the stress out of cooking this Christmas.

Customers will find a range of vegan products in the store’s Christmas range, including Plant Kitchen ‘No Pork Pigs in Blankets’ and irresistible mains such as a Festive Roast roast stuffed with cranberry and chestnut stuffing which is the perfect alternative to a Christmas turkey roast.
