M&S Mother’s Day vegan menu

First up on the Mother’s Day vegan menu is the luxury vegan roasting joint.

This centrepiece roast is made from flavour-packed pea protein wrapped around a mushroom, parsley and sage stuffing.

In addition to a tasty main, no roast is complete without some vegan sides.

Choose from perfectly crisp roast potatoes and braised red cabbage with Bramley apple.

Although there are just 2 vegan options as part of M&S’s Mother’s Day selection, shoppers can choose 3 portions. We say double roasties!

To finish, grab a spoon and tuck into the supermarket’s luxury vegan raspberry jelly terrine.

This light and refreshing raspberry jelly is studded with fresh raspberries making it perfect for spring dining.

Mother’s Day inspiration

If you want to spend a bit more time in the kitchen this Mother’s Day, why not create a vegan feast the whole family will love?

We think this Mustard and Maple seitan ‘ham’ is a spectacular centrepiece that is sure to impress your guests.

Serve with all of the usual trimmings, our favourites are cauliflower ‘cheese’, braised cabbage, and maple roasted carrots and parsnips with mustard polenta mash.

For pudding, we think this pear and cardamon vegan cheesecake will go down a treat!

However you spend Mother’s Day, we hope that you enjoy it.
