Harvey Nichols is launching a brand new dedicated vegan menu in stores nationwide, including Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and multiple London locations.
Whilst the menu will differ slightly between each location, the new menu is filled with vegan delights such as, ‘tofish’ and chips, tomato and chilli linguine with butternut squash, egg-free omelette, and golden raisin-stuffed pumpkin served with red and white cabbage and even vegan mayonnaise.
This isn’t rabbit food
The tempting new menus are good news for non-vegans as well, as the changes are intended to please everyone, whether you are “a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or already a devoted vegan”.
A spokesperson for the store said: “This isn’t rabbit food we’re serving up; these dishes are the same standard of indulgent, mouth-watering flavours that you’d expect from us, only they happen to be completely vegan.
“If that’s not enough for you, we’ve also created lists of the nest vegan wines to complete your dining experience.”
“Whether you are a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or already a devoted vegan, we’ve got a brand new vegan menu full of the most delicious picks of green goodness for you to try.”
Harvey Nichols recently announced their first ever vegan event, a supper club with vegan chef Avant Garde Vegan, aka Gaz Oakley. (Pictured is Gaz’s Seared ‘Scallops’, Crispy ‘Bacon’ & Pea dish)
Dessert
Those with a sweet tooth will be excited to see all the sumptuous vegan desserts on offer in Harvey Nichols, with treats such as apple cinnamon cake with hazelnut ice cream, banana split, chocolate cremeux with blood orange sorbet and hazelnut praline, and coconut rice condé served with mango sorbet on the menu.
According to Harvey Nichols in London: “We have, of course, kept the best for last – all the vegan sweet treats are as indulgent as you’d expect from Harvey Nichols.
“Between coconut rice condé served with mango sorbet and a vegan chocolate cremeux with blood orange sorbet and hazelnut praline, the choice of which to go for is a tough one.”
If you fancy a tipple with your meal then there are a number of vegan wines of offer, including a French Chene Bleu rose and an Italian Primitivo Fatalone red wine.
