Linda McCartney’s are back again, mixing up our midweek meals with tasty inspiration and brand new meat-free options.
Vegetarian food pioneers Linda McCartney’s, who offer a wide range of vegan-friendly products, has announced the addition of two brand new vegan-friendly products to its meat-free range – Vegetarian Fishcakes and Southern-Style ‘Chicken’.
The Southern-Style Chicken pieces (£2.00) are made from soya and wheat protein to give them a meaty texture and have a crispy fried batter coating.
Flavoured with a blend of spices that’s synonymous with the ‘South’, they’re a perfect Friday night treat that are delicious served with fries and slaw.
You can pick up the new Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Southern-Style Chicken from the freezer aisle at Sainsbury from 22nd September.
Keen to offer more diversity in fish-free products, the brand has also launched fish-free fishcakes (£2.00) bursting with Thai-inspired flavours of lemongrass, lime and chilli and coated in a crisp lemon and parsley breadcrumb.
Catch the new Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Fishcakes in the freezer aisle from September. They will then be available to purchase from 22nd September in Sainsbury’s, and from 13th October in Tesco.
