Restaurants across the UK may be shut for now, but vegan burger chain Neat Burger has announced it has expanded its delivery area across London to include 8 new locations.
Until they are able to open their doors to public, the outlet will be offering a delivery service via Deliveroo so hungry Londoners can get their vegan burger fix safe in the comfort of their own homes.
Neat Burger opened the doors to its first restaurant just off Regent Street in London last year, and now boasts branches in Bethnal Green, City, Hackney, Haggerston, Shoreditch, Mile End, Wapping, and Whitechapel with the opening of its new outlets.
Announcing the news on Instagram, the company wrote: “You asked for it so we delivered… literally. New locations launch today! Who’s having Neat Burger for lunch?”
Going global
The team already has ambitious plans to expand the franchise globally over the next 24 months, expecting to open another 14 stores within two years.
Speaking at the time of the first restaurant’s opening, one of Neat Burger’s backers Tommaso Chiabra said: “The meat industry is the biggest contributor to greenhouse emissions and its environmental impact is no longer sustainable together with the growth of the population.
“Neat Burger aims to disrupt the non-sustainable food industry and become a force for good”
