Restaurant chain LEON is encouraging people to eat more plants this Veganuary with the launch of its brand new vegan DIY burger kit and vegan subscription service.

LEON is making it easier for fans of its popular vegan LOVe burger to enjoy it in the comfort of their homes as it is set to launch its first-ever LEON LOVe Burger At-home Kit.

The planet-friendly carbon-neutral burger kit has been created in partnership with British meat-free brand Meatless Farm and contains everything you need to create the LOVe burger at home.

In the kit, you’ll find vegan Carolina mustard mayo, LEON’s burger sauce, tomatoes, pickles and a slice of smoked gouda-style vegan cheese. There’s even a handy step-by-step guide to ensure your burger tastes as good as if you had ordered it at the restaurant

Launching this Friday (January 8th), the new LEON LOVe Burger At-home Kit is available nationwide for £18 via www.loveburger.co. You can also order the gluten-free option for £19 and an additional £5 delivery fee.

LEON Vegan Subscription

As well as launching the new make-it-yourself burger kit, LEON is rewarding its customers who opt for its plant-based options with a brand new vegan subscription scheme.

Available from 3 pm Wednesday 6th January, LEON’s new monthly subscription service, which costs £6 per month, will give guests 30% off every vegan menu item in LEON restaurants nationwide.

Customers who make purchases of vegan mains using their card will be rewarded with special offers including being able to redeem free Aioli jars and LEON cookbooks.

That’s not all either as one lucky winner in every 500 subscribers will get the chance to win an exclusive Green Card which will entitle them to free vegan food at LEON for a whole month. Who could say no to that?!

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Rebecca di Mambro, Marketing Director at LEON, said that the “new launches are a celebration of the power of plants and bring to life our commitment to make it easier to eat well, live well and be kind to the planet.

“Whether they’re vegan, flexitarian or simply curious to try new and delicious plant-based food, our Vegan Subscription Service and LOVe Burger At-home Kit offer more ways to get food that tastes good and does you good, whether in our restaurants or with delivery to our customers’ home nationwide.”
