Naturally fast-food chain LEON has expanded its menu to include tasty new vegan options, including fully loaded vegan cheesy fries
LEON has just dropped a new selection of dishes on its menu with three new vegan options to choose from.
With summer fast approaching, the chain’s new Aubergine Tabbouleh Salad offers a delicious healthy option for those looking for light lunches.
The salad features freshly roasted aubergine on a fresh herby salad with red quinoa, cucumber, peas and a touch of chilli, scattered with ruby pomegranate seeds.
A new hearty main is now on offer too with the Sri Lankan-inspired Coconut, Jackfruit & Lime curry joining the menu.

This creamy coconut curry is packed with jackfruit, sweet potato and carrots and is positively zinging with lime juice and fresh herbs.
LEON are well-known for their waffle fries, which they recently released as part of their retail range at Sainsbury’s, but they’ve just given the late-night chip van classic a vegan makeover with their new Loaded Vegan Cheezy Fries.
The comforting dish features LEON Baked Fries smothered in vegan cheeze sauce and topped with pickles.
Selected LEON stores are open now for takeaway and delivery.
