A cookery class that will teach you how to perfect your favourite vegan street food dishes

This cookery class will cover a Korean dish, one of the nations favourite take-aways and the perfect sweet treats for dessert.

Everything will be provided for you, including all of the ingredients, kitchen gadgets and cups of tea and coffee! The lovely staff at Ginger Whisk cookery school in London will have everything covered on the day. All that you’ll need to bring, is yourself and your love of cooking delicious plant-powered food.

The class will begin with a short introduction where you’ll be told what the day will entail, the ins-and-outs of each dish you’ll be making and what techniques you’ll be using to create some delicious vegan street food.

The dishes you’ll be cooking are the perfect trio. First on the list is an indulgent homemade Kebab, complete with filling, sauces and even the bread! Once you’ve made your kebab and settled rumbling stomachs, the next dish you’ll be making are Korean style Bao buns! These comforting buns of joy will be filled with an incredible jackfruit filling that you’ll create from scratch. Your final dish to round off your day are some homemade vegan sweets that will curb your sugar cravings.
