For the grand finale in our Plant Powered Series, we have teamed up with Alpro to celebrate with the ultimate vegan festive feast!
The class will be an intimate cookery lesson where all you’ll need to bring is yourself and your hunger for vegan cooking! You’ll be taught how to cook up a faultless vegan Christmas menu from mains to dessert and even a show-stopping gravy!
You’ll be taught how to make the the following food during the class…
- Turkey Seitan Wellington with Chestnut stuffing
- Bread sauce
- Ultimate gravy
- Festive Pecan and Orange Pies with Brandy Butter
Included in your ticket is a delicious lunch prepared by the lovely ladies at Ginger Whisk, where there will also be an abundance of teas and coffees to see you through the class.
