Free-from food brand Kirsty’s has released its first ever pizza in UK supermarkets, a Classic Margherita topped with a creamy cheese alternative that won’t have you missing the real thing.

The vegan-friendly Margherita pizza is comprised of a thin and crispy gluten-free Italian stone baked base topped with rich Italian tomatoes and a dairy and soya-free creamy vegan cheese. Did someone say Pizza Fridays?

All of Kirsty’s ready meals are free from gluten and dairy and make a healthier meal choice at under 400 calories per portion. The Classic Margherita Pizza is gluten, dairy and soya free, as well as being low in sugar and saturated fat. Not only that, it comes in at 329 calories per half pizza, making it a healthier option than a standard takeaway pizza. The pizza is perfect for those with allergies or intolerances to gluten or dairy as the pizza is made in a dedicated facility to ensure the pizza is free from cross-contamination from dairy, gluten and soya.

Kirsty’s Classic Margherita Pizza is available nationwide in Tesco stores from 24 September as is priced at £3.50
