Kim Kardashian has revealed to her 200 million Instagram followers that she has 'officially converted' three family members to a plant-based diet.

Icon Kim Kardashian has plugged veganism once again on her Instagram, this time revealing that she has successfully converted three of her family members to a plant-based diet.

Reposting a photo of a styled vegan lunch from sister Kourtney, Kim wrote: “I’ve officially converted three family members!!!!! #PlantBasedLife”

The reality star then posted a video of herself receiving vegan pizza and ice cream from her brother Rob revealing: “My brother just sent me this pizza cos it is vegan, mixed with this hot sauce that you put on top and vegan ice cream. How cute is my brother!”

These posts come after the star stated that she was going fully plant-based for 30 days, and it seems that her family members are joining her.

With over 500,000 people participating in Veganuary this year, we aren’t surprised that Kim has got on board!

Kim Kardashian and Veganism

This is not the first time that the star has promoted a vegan diet on her Instagram account.

Last week, she received a delivery from plant-based giant Beyond Meat and shared it on her story, declaring “Someone heard I went plant-based!”

She has also promoted the vegan superlatte brand Clevr Blends which Meghan Markle invested in, upon receiving a hamper similar to the one Oprah showcased last month.

Moreover, while the Kardashians have experienced criticism in the past for wearing real fur, Kim revealed “Fun fact- I took all of my fave furs and remade them in faux fur” in the caption of a photo of her daughter North.

Undoubtedly one of the most influential people in the world, by promoting a plant-based diet to her 200 million followers she has the potential to encourage many of her fans to give plant-based eating a try.
