Kevin Hart has expanded his ‘plant-forward’ fast food chain by opening a third location.
The newest outpost, which is on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, is the chain’s first drive-thru.
Described as one of ‘the busiest fast food intersections in Hollywood’, the location was formerly a Mcdonald’s lot.
With a 2,130 sqft space, the Hollywood branch of Hart House will boast 24 interior seats and 16 outdoor seats.
To mark the opening, the eatery will be launching a limited time refresh menu in all three eateries, featuring three new vegan-friendly items – a Smokey BBQ Burg’r, Hart House lemonade, and Nashville nuggets.

The first, in Westchester, opened in August 2022, with its second location opening that November in Monrovia. Plans are underway to open a fourth branch near the USC campus this Summer.
According to actor, comedian, and founder Kevin Hart: “Since the inception of Hart House, it’s always been about creating a new option within fast food which is why I’m so excited to bring [it] to Hollywood.
“At Hart House, we are in the business of making people feel good and I’m so proud of how fast we are growing and can’t wait til there are…restaurants all across the nation!”

A ‘sustainable’ restaurant brand
The restaurant’s interior and graphic design was created by Kai Williams of MAKE Architecture and Nicollete Santos.
According to Hart House, the partnership ‘showcases the talent of their team made up entirely of women of colour’.
Among the design highlights are a newly landscaped property, which has been crafted to preserve existing palm trees. It boasts a rainwater retention system that recycles water to be used for landscaping.
In addition, the brand commissioned artist Olivia Sawai, whose past work includes murals for Starbucks, to create a mural along a wall in the drive-thru.
According to Hart House CEO, Andy Hooper: “We are on a mission to create a sustainable restaurant brand that is grounded in high quality jobs and objectively delicious food, with a menu that happens to be made entirely from plants.
“We believe it’s time to usher in a new era of fast food in Hollywood that matches up against the titans of the industry.”
