Following the incredible success of its frozen vegan ‘No Bull’ range, Head Chef at Iceland supermarket, Neil Nugent, ‘knew [Iceland] had to create a full vegan range’, and the supermarket is living up to its promise with the release of yet another new vegan product – sausage rolls!

Vegan sausage rolls have achieved a meteoric rise to fame this year following Gregg’s successful launch earlier this year, and Iceland is keen to get in on the action with the launch of its own version, the No Porkies Sausage Roll.

Featuring seasoned plant-based sausage meat encased in a flaky, indulgent pastry, the supermarket says the plant-based pastry has “the perfect ratio of vegan sausage mince to pastry and what’s more, it can be baked from frozen with no soggy bottoms in sight.”

Priced at just £2.00 for a pack of six, Iceland’s No Porkies Sausage Rolls come in at just 33p per roll – that’s a massive 67% less than Greggs’ vegan sausage roll.

The No Porkies Sausage Roll is available in store and online now.
