Available to purchase in Sainsbury’s supermarket now, the oat-milk based ice-creams come in two indulgent flavours – Vanilla Bean and Salted Caramel (£4.50).

The Vanilla Bean flavour is made with Madagascan bourbon vanilla to ensure a rich flavour whilst the Salted Caramel features a decadent salted caramel swirl and cinder toffee pieces.

The new oat milk range is the first vegan oat milk offering from the company to be available to purchase in supermarkets and the company has plans to release further vegan flavours in the range in the future.

Indulgent

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Chow Mezger, MD of Jude’s said: “We are excited to launch this indulgent range of vegan ice creams so that Jude’s can be enjoyed by more people.

“We have been supplying many of the UK’s best restaurants with vegan ice cream for a number of years and have been inundated with requests for this to be available more widely to be enjoyed at home. This is an exciting time for us as an ice cream maker. We’re finding more and more that consumers are open to a whole new world of possibilities as they start to think differently about their food.”

Jude’s new vegan oat-based range is available to purchase now in selected Sainsbury’s stores.
