Just when you thought you’d seen it all, along comes a brand new confectionary fashioned in the shape of Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling.

Chocolatier Jen Lindsey-Clark, aka the Chocolatician, from Shoreham is no stranger to creating weird and wonderful realistic chocolate creations based on famous Hollywood celebrities such as her famous Benedict Cumberbatch ‘Cumberbunnies‘. Now the crafty chocolatier has tried her hand at immortalising another hunk in chocolate – this time it’s Ryan Gosling.

Following along the same playline lines as her Benedict/rabbit mash-up creation, Lindsey-Clark has made a selection of chocolate geese topped with The Notebook actor’s face as part of her limited-edition easter range.

The chocolates are available in milk, white and dark chocolate flavours and thankfully the dark chocolate flavour with edible gold leaf feet is suitable for vegans so everyone can enjoy biting into Mr Gosling.

Speaking to Worthing Herald about what inspired her to create the unusual chocolate sculptures, Lindsey-Clark said: “I always wanted to do a sequel to the Cumberbunnies, but it was all about finding the right combination of fun character and suitable animal name. Gosling fitted nicely, plus who doesn’t like Ryan Gosling? They’re tasty in more than one way.”

The Gosling chocolates are individually handmade to order and are priced at £39.95 making them a novel indulgence that any fan of the actor will love.
