Actor, musician, and fashion icon Harry Styles has just unveiled his first inclusive vegan beauty brand - Pleasing.
Following months of rumours on social media, Harry Styles has launched his first fully vegan line of nail polishes and skincare products.
The star’s debut label, Pleasing, is cruelty-free, vegan, made from ethically sourced materials, and is supportive of non-profits.
In keeping with Styles’ flamboyant and androgynous style, the Pleasing beauty brand is an inclusive brand aimed at all genders.
The beauty brand currently consists of the Perfect Polish set, a Pearlescent Illuminating Serum, plus a soothing eye gel.
However, Styles has teased that this is just the start, and more products will follow soon…
Pleasing’s nail polish and skincare products
Fans looking to emulate Harry’s signature style can now give themselves a matching manicure with the Perfect Polish set (£50).
The set comes with four colours based on Harry’s famous ‘Skittles’ manicure, with a range of shimmering pink and pearly shades.
The set even comes with decals so you can create your own rock-star nail art.
Not only are the products vegan, but they are also ‘clean’ as they are free from parabens and other harmful ingredients typically found in nail polishes.
Moreover, they’re biodegradable, cruelty-free and made from sustainable, plant-based solvents.
Like their names suggest, the pearlescent polishes are beautifully packaged in sleek bottles with a pearl-shaped topper designed to look like perfume decanters.
In keeping with their eco-credentials, the packaging is made from recycled materials while the brush is made from castor beans.
Rockstars are no strangers to late nights! So, it’s unsurprising that the Pleasing range also boasts a Pleasing Pen (£23) to help your skin fight against the signs of ageing.
This novel product contains two potent serums with lingonberry and hyaluronic acid to awaken tired under-eyes and soothe dry lips.
Our skin can often become dull in the winter months, so give it a boost with the Pearlescent Illuminating Shimmer (£27).
This moisturising serum contains lab-safe mic pearls to give your skin a subtle glow.
‘Products that excite the senses’
Speaking to Dazed magazine about his new beauty line, Styles said that he wants to help people find “little moments of joy”.
Furthermore, the brand states that its mission is “to bring joyful experiences and products that excite the senses and blur the boundaries.”
Conscious that producing new products adds to the amount of waste we produce as consumers, Styles said the range was made with “the lightest possible footprint in mind.”
The new vegan beauty brand from Harry Styles is available to shop now at pleasing.com, with prices ranging between £16 and £50.
