Häagen-Dazs has just expanded its range of vegan ice-creams to include four delicious new dairy-free desserts, including pints and ice-cream bars.
Last year, ice-cream brand Häagen-Dazs introduced four non-dairy ice cream flavours to market: Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge, Coconut Caramel, Chocolate Salted Fudge Truffle, and Mocha Chocolate Cookie flavours
Now the brand is expanding its non-dairy ice cream line to include four more vegan options, which includes pints of Crunchy Peanut Butter and Coconut Cookies and Crème.
For the first time ever, the brand has also released vegan versions of their chocolate-covered ice-cream bars – just in time for summer! The bars are available in Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge flavour and Coconut Caramel Dark Chocolate flavour.
According to the company: “We start every non-dairy dessert from core ingredients like rich peanut butter, velvet coconut cream, or real pieces of chocolate to create a creamier, more authentic experience.”
Häagen-Dazs’ entry into the non-dairy market follows the lead of other big-name brands including Ben & Jerry’s and Breyers—which introduced almond milk-based flavours to meet the growing demand for vegan products.
Häagen-Dazs non-dairy pints are available at a suggested retail price of $5.49 in stores nationwide throughout the US.
Unfortunately we have no word on when the new flavours will be hitting stores in the UK, but let Häagen-Dazs know on Facebook and Twitter that you’d love to see them on sale here, and there is demand for these new products here too.
