Not only is the mozzarella alternative free-from dairy, but it’s also a great option for those with multiple food allergies as it is also free from gluten, soy, and palm oil.
The dairy-free cheese is a versatile product that has a ‘soft, creamy texture which holds its shape when raw but melts enticingly when cooked’ according to the company.
