The Great British Biscotti Co has announced the launch of two new vegan biscotti flavours in eco-friendly packaging

The Great British Biscotti Co, which supplies coffee shops, hotels and caterers with its range of sweet and savoury biscotti, has launched two new vegan flavours.

Launching “as soon as Covid-19 restrictions ease”, the two tempting new flavours include Dark Belgian Chocolate & Cranberries and Almond, Hazelnut & Orange.

There’s good news for those who are gluten-free too as the new additions are also gluten-free biscotti as they are made with a “secret flour blend” and use coconut oil in place of dairy fat.

Not only are the new biscotti suitable for vegans, they’re also packed in compostable packaging made from “natural, renewable materials” including wood pulp.

The brand has big plans to roll out the packaging across its entire range of biscotti over this year which is great news as the packaging has been certified as compostable in both industrial and home environments and is also suitable for anaerobic digestion.
