Galaxy launches a brand new smooth vegan white chocolate bar

Galaxy has expanded its range of vegan chocolates with two brand new products, including a creamy vegan white chocolate bar.

Vegan chocolate has come a long way in recent years with numerous tempting dairy-free bars hitting supermarket shelves across the UK.

But when it comes to vegan white chocolate, options are still comparatively limited.

While there are a number of products available, few of them capture the creamy texture and sweet taste of non-vegan white chocolate bars.

Keen to give those of us with a hankering for Milky Bar chocolate a delicious vegan option, Galaxy has just launched a vegan white chocolate bar.

To create a heavenly vegan treat with a silky smooth texture, Galaxy Smooth White Vegan combines rich cocoa butter blended with a creamy almond paste.

This new bar tastes delicious just as it is, and is also a perfect addition to cakes and bakes like these white chocolate and raspberry tarts.

As well as launching vegan white chocolate, Galaxy has also launched a Topic Vegan Fruit and Nut bar.

Topic Vegan Fruit and Nut combines rich cocoa, raisins and whole roasted hazelnuts blended with a smooth hazelnut paste to create a moment of vegan pleasure.

Both bars are registered with The Vegan Society and are also gluten-free. You can get your hands on them from today exclusively at Asda stores.

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, an Asda spokesperson said: “Galaxy is a firm family favourite, so we’re excited to expand the Galaxy Vegan range on shelves by bringing this delicious Galaxy Vegan white treat exclusively to Asda customers for three months.

“The new bar further complements Asda’s already fantastic existing vegan and vegetarian range, which landed us with Vegan Retailer of the Year at the prestigious Quality Food Awards in 2021.”

Galaxy Vegan Smooth White and Topic Vegan Fruit and Nut will be available at ASDA from April 11 2022 priced at £3 per bar.
