Freaks of Nature are proud to make inclusive puddings that over 95% of people can enjoy, with all of their products being specially produced to meet the needs of people with dairy, gluten and egg allergies.

Commenting on the launches in a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Freaks of Nature’s Marketing Manager Lucy Figg said: “We are so excited to share these new sweet treats; they are going to give plant-based consumers more choice.

“In fact we think they could be game-changers, no other brands are producing a really delicious plant-based layered fruit trifle or apple crumble which tastes just as good as the ones your Mum makes!

“If you simply prefer plant-based foods, you can now indulge in two of the nation’s favourite desserts.”

New sustainable packaging

Freaks of Nature are striving to be more eco-friendly with their packaging too with both desserts packaged in a recycled and fully-recyclable plastic, oven and microwave proof pot.

Freaks Founder Peter Ahye added: “Despite the lockdown difficulties we have been forging ahead. We’ve invested £1m in capacity at our factory in Yorkshire so that we can expand our range of delicious desserts whilst being as eco-friendly as possible.

“The new sustainable packaging we’ve sourced, reinforces our commitment to minimising our impact on the environment.”
