Hot on the heels on the launch of its latest vegan menu, Italian restaurant chain Frankie & Benny’s has announced the launch of its new Christmas menu, and it’s full of tasty vegan options.

Launching nationwide from November 12th, the menu is comprised of delicious classics with an Italian American twist that combines ‘Frankie’s favourite dishes and flavours and their love of a good time.’

To start, diners can opt for the warming Tuscan Soup featuring a hearty mix of tomato, mixed beans, vegetables and herbs. The cosy soup comes served with warm, toasted ciabatta and a garlic and herb dip.

The new festive vegan main comes in the form of the Mediterranean vegan lasagne which is comprised of layers of grilled Mediterranean vegetables with pasta, dairy-free white sauce, vegan cheese and tomato.

A very festive dessert is also joining the menu, the Mince Pie No-Cheesecake. This ‘unbelievably creamy’ vegan cheesecake is topped with a mince pie and caramel flavoured drizzle and comes served with vegan choc-chip ice cream.

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Brand & Strategy Director Elise Ash said: “At Frankie & Benny’s we love nothing more than creating lasting memories over good food & drink with great company. So this year, try Christmas Frankie & Benny’s style and make it a season to remember.”

The festive specials will be available as part of the restaurant’s set menu starting at 14.99 or on their own from Tuesday 12th November.
