Founded during the global pandemic this year, Psoul is on a mission to share their vision for creating a better way to live for ourselves and the planet. They make delicious plant-based food that will nourish the body mind & spirit.
Psoul wants to make healthy, plant-based food accessible for everyone, their motto is: if animals can be milk, you can be anything.
The food and drink available from the van contains no animal products and all their packaging is recyclable or compostable where possible. The food choices include sausage baguettes, protein pots, smoothies, salad bowls, wraps, toasties, and cookies.
Psoul Founder, Naz Maghounaki said, ‘my mission is to help every community thrive, one person, one bite and one smile at a time… In 2015 after a diagnosis with a hormonal imbalance, I decided to really look at what I was putting into my body and how it acted as my fuel.’
This desire to be more conscious of her diet led Naz to take the risk and buy a vintage Renault Estafette and turn it into Oxford’s first plant-based food van.
The Great British Entrepreneur Awards aims to support and champion British entrepreneurs, they describe themselves as a community that supports one another, recognises success, and makes connections to enable entrepreneurs to survive and flourish.
Applications are now closed for the awards and the winners will be announced via their virtual regional finals on September 23rd.
