Brighton vegans will soon be able to eat the rainbow as psychedelic plant-based burger brand Flower Burger opens its second UK location this November.

The new restaurant will open on Brighton’s North Street and will serve the chain’s signature all-natural vegan burgers served in Instagrammable, brightly coloured buns.

Matteo Toto, Flower Burger Founder & CEO said: “We love that the Brightonians prioritise all the same values that we do, from inclusivity to sustainability.

From day one, it has been our mission to create an inviting international brand that motivates customers to eat plant-based.

“We want people to relax and have fun in our restaurant, offering great-tasting and unique products that we produce ourselves.”

The brand’s first UK restaurant opened in London in spring 2021, joining its many international locations in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Marseille, and multiple Italian cities.

The Italian brand has fans across the world who love its vibrant burger buns made in-house using natural colours like turmeric, spirulina, cherry, and black carrot.

The burger patties themselves also use all-natural ingredients, such as tofu, chickpeas, and lentils.

The opening of the new restaurant in Brighton is the next step in Flower Burger’s plan to open more than 40 UK restaurants in the next 10 years.

Let’s hope we’ll start to see more eye-catching eateries opening across the UK soon.
