Erpingham House will be opening its third UK location in Edinburgh this summer, bringing more vegan food to the Scottish capital.

Erpingham House is bringing modern vegan cuisine to Edinburgh as the chain’s third UK site.
The chain has chosen the new Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace as its newest location, which is billed as the capital’s first food hall.
Bonnie & Wild’s is located in the city’s St James development and will be open from late June.
Spanning 16,600 sq ft, the new food hall will contain three bars, eight food stalls and four speciality retailers with open-plan seating for up to 400 people.
The new Edinburgh restaurant will feature a 100% plant-based menu and follow the same philosophy of ‘eat plants and be kind’ as all the Erpingham House locations.
Moreover, Erpingham House is committed to being free from single-use plastics, and even offsets carbon emissions by planting trees.
The vegan restaurant/bar concept first opened in Norwich in 2018, the brainchild of entrepreneur Loui Blake and backed by vegan footballers Declan Rudd and Russell Martin.
The instagrammable spot was so successful that Blake opened a second location in Brighton last year, and a London pop-up throughout January 2021.
We love a vegan success story!

On the menu
Assuming the menu stays the same as the Norwich and Brighton sites, Scottish customers will be in for a treat.
Erpingham House offers up three courses of delicious, modern vegan food set against a pink-themed decor.
For starters, you can indulge in Roast Shallot and Garlic Hummus, try a vegan Caesar Salad, or slurp on Tomato Gazpacho with a bacon crumb.
As your main course, tuck into the famous Erpingham Burger featuring a Moving Mountains patty in a pretzel bun, vegan banana blossom Fsh and Smashed Potatoes, or try shredded mock lamb with the Jersey Royal Potatoes and Lamb.
And who could forget dessert? Experience sweet indulgence with the Tiramisu, or try something different in the Pistachio and Citrus Polenta Sponge.
If all that isn’t enough to tempt you, the restaurant also serves up a Sunday Roast every week, with your choice of Roasted Seitan or a Nut Roast en Croûte. Both options are served with roasted smashed potatoes, mushroom and walnut stuffing, roasted carrots, braised red cabbage, roasted broccoli, a vegan Yorkshire pudding and jus.
The Edinburgh branch will be open from the 24th of June, so vegan Scots should be very excited!
