This year’s VegFest Bristol is taking place at Ashton Gate, whose catering team have been hard at work creating a deliciously impressive 3-course vegan menu to be offered at their in-house restaurant during the event.
The VegfestUK team were invited by the Ashton Gate hospitality and catering team to sample some of their dishes in preparation for their in-house restaurant’s full offer of vegan cuisine at the upcoming VegfestUK Bristol on May 26-27. And they certainly hit the spot with their 3-course vegan menu which offers not only rich taste and flavour but also diversity to suit a variety of taste buds.
The VegfestUK tasting team had a really awesome experience in one of the hospitality boxes with the quality food on offer, and before the big event in May, the organisers would like to demonstrate to their followers in this blog post, the effort and ingenuity from our new event venue in showcasing the depth and breadth of flavours, textures of plant-based cuisine in style.
