This year’s VegFest Bristol is taking place at Ashton Gate, whose catering team have been hard at work creating a deliciously impressive 3-course vegan menu to be offered at their in-house restaurant during the event.

The VegfestUK team were invited by the Ashton Gate hospitality and catering team to sample some of their dishes in preparation for their in-house restaurant’s full offer of vegan cuisine at the upcoming VegfestUK Bristol on May 26-27. And they certainly hit the spot with their 3-course vegan menu which offers not only rich taste and flavour but also diversity to suit a variety of taste buds.

The VegfestUK tasting team had a really awesome experience in one of the hospitality boxes with the quality food on offer, and before the big event in May, the organisers would like to demonstrate to their followers in this blog post, the effort and ingenuity from our new event venue in showcasing the depth and breadth of flavours, textures of plant-based cuisine in style.

The VegfestUK team added, “We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ashton Gate for the invitation to the tasting session, and we look forward to announcing to our supporters in a few weeks’ time, when pre-book menus from the restaurant at VegfestUK Bristol will be available for booking in advance. This new feature is expected to add a new dimension of in-house dining to VegfestUK’s currently mouthwatering selection of vegan street food, and it is our hope that visitors to VegfestUK Bristol have a really good experience at our re-developed event at this superb new venue.”

The in-house restaurant at Ashton Gate will add to a diverse mix of activities at this year’s VegfestUK Bristol, including an outdoor VegfestUK “fan village” with street food caterers, around 30 Traders and Live Music from 2 stages to complement the indoor mix of around 220 Stalls, Talks, Cookery demos and a Kids Area during the day, followed by Comedy, Magicians, an Electro Swing Lounge and a Blues Lounge in the evenings.

This 3-course menu will be available at the event on May 26-27, by pre-order only. Details of bookings will be available shortly as well as times when the restaurant is open and serving. Please email [email protected] to request a booking form when and once available. Supporters tickets are also available for those who wish to enjoy the hospitality features on Level 3, plus a goody bag on arrival and priority entrance – see the link here for details.
