UK transport company CrossCountry Trains has added a range of new vegan options to its onboard menu to meet increasing demand from its customers for meat-free and vegan options.
There’s nothing worse than being stuck on a long train journey and realising you’ve forgotten to pack your own snacks or lunch only to find that there’s nothing available on the train that’s suitable for vegans.
One transport company, CrossCountry Trains, is keen to save hungry vegans from this fate and has taken to Twitter to announce they are adding a range of tasty vegan options to meet demand from its customers.
The company stated: “In line with feedback from customers and the increasing demand for vegan options, we are now offering vegan and gluten free food on board our trains.”
