Lagom, an imprint of Blink Publishing, has announced the acquisition of So Vegan With 5, a book of five-ingredient recipes produced by the founders of one of the world’s most popular vegan food video channels, ‘So Vegan’.

Vegan power-couple Roxy Pope and Ben Pook launched ‘So Vegan’ three years ago, with the aim to revolutionise the way we think about vegan food. In order to prove that good vegan recipes do not need to be expensive nor overcomplicated, they provide their viewers with a variety of ideas for every meal of the day, alongside helpful advice and tips on how to live more sustainably. Their recipes reach tens of millions of people worldwide each month, and their channel now has over one million followers.

Roxy and Ben said: ‘It’s incredibly humbling to see so many people all over the world enjoying our recipes and eating more delicious plants, and we’re both super excited to be publishing So Vegan With 5 so we can continue spreading our message that vegan food is for everyone.’

So Vegan With 5 is aimed at the everyday cook (whether committed vegan or otherwise) and is packed with simple, delicious and time-saving recipes. With only five ingredients in each dish, curious cooks won’t need to worry about breaking the budget, either. The book will contain over one hundred vegan recipes, from quick and healthy meals to indulgent desserts.

Lagom will publish So Vegan With 5 on 27th December 2018. Pre-order your copy here today.
