Cook dinner with BOSH! as they launch live online cookalong series

Read Time:   |  6th April 2020

Henry and Ian from BOSH! are inviting you into their kitchen to cook your dinner with them in their new daily cookalong.

The UK’s bestselling vegan authors Henry Firth and Ian Theasby from BOSH! recently starred in their new 10-part vegan cookery series, Living On The Veg, on ITV, and now they’re launching a new live cookalong series throughout April on their YouTube channel.

Launching tonight (Monday 6th April) on YouTube, the new daily cookalong will air every weeknight at 6pm and will feature the duo cooking up classic BOSH! recipes from their bestselling books, TV series and viral recipe videos.

Henry and Ian will be on hand during the cookalong answering questions and sharing their favourite dishes, making it perfect for those looking for some company in the kitchen or for those who just fancy having a go some new recipes.

To make it easier for everyone to join in, the ingredients list will be released in advance for the week to make sure that people have time to grab the ingredients they will need to make the recipes. They will also be making suggestions for easy swaps and tips throughout the show for those who are unable to replenish their store cupboards in time.

To kick off the cookalongs, this week’s theme is the humble potato, with easy and delicious recipes such as Easy Curry Crusted Potatoes to Guacajacks and Bacon Cheeseburger Hasselback Potatoes on show.

“Meat, eggs and dairy can be tricky to get hold of at the moment – so let us introduce you to some amazing, easy, insanely tasty dishes, that are all made from plants. Brilliant new ideas you can add to your weekly menus. From our kitchen to yours, we hope to see you cooking along with us,” said the dynamic duo in a statement.
