Co-op is launching a selection of exciting new vegan products this January including sandwiches, ready meals and wine.
Jackfruit is well-loved by vegans thanks to its meaty texture that makes it a perfect vegan alternative to pulled pork. Keen to celebrate this versatile ingredient, Co-op is launching a tasty selection of sandwiches and ready meals to give customers searching for meat-free options plenty of choice.
The BBQ Jackfruit range, which includes a jackfruit and slaw sandwich and a selection of tasty ready meals such as the BBQ jackfruit dish with wedges and red cabbage slaw give customers looking for quick and easy grab-and-go options lots to choose from.
Co-op’s vegan and vegetarian wine offering is also better than ever – boasting more than 100 lines for shoppers. The community retailer pioneered clear wine labelling and was the first supermarket to include allergen and ingredient information on its wines.
