Luxury French skincare and cosmetics brand Clarins has released its first-ever vegan and cruelty-free skincare range.
French skincare brand Clarins who are famous for their high-end beauty and skincare products has announced the launch of its first range of entirely vegan and cruelty-free skincare products.
According to the company: “The My Clarins range is our first vegan skincare range. This means that each and every product is made with nourishing fruit extracts and plant-based formulas. And, our My Clarins range is also cruelty-free. We’re proud to say that our vegan skincare products have made it from our natural sources to your skin without being tested on animals.”
Not only has Clarins ensured that the products in the My Clarins range are vegan and cruelty-free, but it has also looked at the eco-credentials of the packaging which is made from recycled material sourced from a sustainably managed forest.
The skincare range harnesses the power of plants by utilising ingredients of natural origin such as hydrating organic coconut water, detoxifying moringa extract, radiance-building acerola seed extract and soothing shea butter to give skin a gorgeous glow.
Whilst other non-vegan products sold by Clarins are not cruelty-free due to the fact the brand sells its products in China where animal testing is required by law, the My Clarins range will not be sold in any countries that permit testing on animals such as China and South America.
