The UK's largest Mexican restaurant chain, Chiquito has launched a fresh new vegan menu in celebration of Veganuary.
Chiquito hopes to show its customers just how delicious vegan food really is this Veganuary as it aims to “make vegan appealing for all guests” with its new vegan menu.
Following a great response to its 2019 Veganuary menu, Chiquito has taken “all the fun and fresh ingredients of Mexico” and put their own plant-based spin on classic dishes.
To kick off your plant-based feast, the new menu includes the impressive-sounding Loaded Vegan Wedges. These fulled-loaded crispy baked sweet potato wedges are pilled high with vegan chorizo, sweetcorn and vegan cheddar melt.

Mexican food is packed with fresh, natural ingredients, and according to Chiquito “it lends itself naturally to those looking to incorporate less meat in their diet.”
In a release sent to Vegan Food & Living, the company said: “We had a great response to our first vegan menu in 2019 and wanted to continue bringing the best of Mexican food to the UK dining scene, so Veganuary was the perfect opportunity to take all the fun and fresh ingredients of Mexico and rework them using plant-based ingredients.”
Chiquito’s new vegan menu is available to order now on Click and Collect, or via UberEats, Deliveroo and JustEat at selected sites.
What’s more, the company is also offering 30% off all Click & Collect mains in January.
