However, Zoe is now taking over the kitchen of plant-based pub The Carriage, in what she hopes to turn into a series of vegan sushi nights.
The first starts on August 3, and tables are getting booked-out fast. But fear not, as guests can also order her ocean-friendly vegan fish dishes to takeaway.

Gordon Ramsay says vegan sushi is ‘incredible’
Zoe’s venture comes of the back of her recent encounter with Gordon Ramsay, who described her food as “incredible”.
Speaking about the experience on Facebook, she said: “Not only did I meet a the chef who inspired me to chase my dreams, I had the pleasure of sitting at his table and discussing my Vegan Sushi in all it’s glory as Chef Gordon & Chef Jocky tasted my offerings.
“Verdict? They loved it! And so did his team! I can’t explain in many words right now how much it means, as I’m still digesting the entire day.
“I’m just so humbled to have just had the opportunity to sit at the table and discuss where I have come from, to where I am at now and what my future holds, with two world renowned chefs who were so pleased to hear my story and gave me so much encouragement to keep doing what I am doing.
“And Gordon rates my sushi!! Aaaaah!”
There is a lot of confusion when it comes to whether vegans should eat, but is honey vegan?
