Barbie Grrrl, the Aussie vegan BBQ pop-up, have just in London for a month-long residency where they will be serving up their signature BBQ seitan ribs…
Barbie Grrrl are on a mission to change the plant-based food game with their signature BBQ seitan ribs, which are 100% vegan and 100% tasty! Their signature ribs are marinated in turmeric, sweet paprika, fennel seeds and demerara sugar before being smothered in a delicious BBQ sauce, which makes for one tasty, finger-licking treat!
Customers can choose to have their seitan ribs straight up for £5, or if you want to push the boat out you can pair them withCanvas Café’s summer salad selection for £7.
Where can I find them?
You can find these legendary ribs in the beer garden at Shoreditch’s Canvas Café, just off Brick Lane in London.
Barbie Grrrl will be cooking up a seitanic storm from Tuesday to Sunday each week until September 3rd, between 12-4pm and 6-9pm.
Please note that it’s cash only, so bring your pennies along to avoid disappointment!
