Calling all fans of the vegan options at Burger King! Burger King is giving away free Vegan Royales today!

It comes as the fast-food chain celebrates the opening of its first 100% vegan restaurant in Leicester Square, London.

For today only, you can get your hands on a free Vegan Royale by downloading the Burger King app and going into stores nationwide.

Moreover, the highly anticipated all-vegan London eatery will serve its new menu until 10th April 2022.

Burger King Vegan Royale

Since its launch in 2021, the Vegan Royale has won the hearts of vegans across the UK.

Created with The Vegetarian Butcher, the vegan-society approved burger launched the fast-food chain into the plant-based community.

The crispy coated burger is served in a toasted sesame bun and topped with crunchy iceberg lettuce and a generous serving of vegan mayo. Delicious!

During its launch, Ericka Durgahee, Burger King Marketing Manager said: “Customers can rest assured that when they order items displaying the Vegan Trademark, they’re free from animal products and animal testing and that cross-contamination has been minimised.”

Additionally, the restaurant has recently revamped the iconic burger, launching the vegan Katsu royale and burger.

New vegan menu

In addition to its current plant-based staples, the new all-vegan restaurant features 15 exciting new products.

Diners at the Leicester Square store can exclusively taste products such as Vegan Cheeeze & Bakon Royale, Plant-based Bakon Double Cheeeze XL, Chilli Cheeze Bites, and so much more!

Furthermore, Burger King has also launched an innovative recycling system as well as a national cup recycling scheme which will allow customers to bring in another participating brand’s cup to recycle.

The latest venture is a part of Burger King’s aim to serve a 50% meat-free menu by 2030.
