A brand new vegan mini bar, offering a mouth-watering menu of plant-based burgers developed by London chef Yossi Edri is set to open it’s doors in Camden in July.
On 1 July, Camden Market will welcome a brand new vegan burger bar called VBurger. VBurger will be a mini bar offering a menu of entirely vegan plant-based burgers, developed by London chef Yossi Edri.
What’s on the menu?
The mini bar will be serving up a selection of three tasty vegan burgers – one beetroot, one falafel, and one seitan – all with the option of adding avocado or vegan cheese.
That’s not all as the sides menu sound pretty sweet too: skin-on fries, sweet potato wedges, and coleslaw salad. You can even pick up a vegan chocolate brownie after your burger if you’re still a bit peckish.
The bar will be the first VBurger branch, with plans to add more around London in the coming years, and will be open seven days a week from 10am to 7pm.
Speaking to The Metro, co-founder Amir Wayman said: ‘We are very excited to launch VBurger and warmly welcome everyone, be they vegan, vegetarian or with no preference at all, to come down and give it a try. The burgers are guaranteed to hit the spot.’
If you’d like to stay up to date on the VBurger menu, give the bar a follow on Instagram.
