Vegan recipe creators BOSH! are set to publish two more cookbooks with HarperCollins after their debut cookbook broke all records to become the best selling vegan cookbook of all time

The debut cookbook became the UK’s bestselling vegan cookbook of all time according to HarperCollins and has sold 94,720 copies for £901,362 in the UK since April, according to Nielsen BookScan.

The first of the dynamic duo’s new books will feature 120 plant-based recipes ranging from burgers, roasts and salads, “as well as some spectacular party food and even a meat-free Christmas to remember”.

“With over 120 unmissable recipes that we’ve been testing to perfection, this book will show everyone, vegan or not, how incredible and imaginative plant-based food can be,” said Firth and Theasby.

“With the phenomenal success of BOSH! we cannot wait to share more delicious recipes. BOSH are making it easy for us all to bring vegan food into our lives whether that’s every day, one day a week or occasionally,” added Lisa Milton, HQ Executive Publisher.

“This is the biggest trend in cookery books and one we intend to develop further.”

The first of the new books will be released in the UK and Commonwealth in April 2019, and in North America in September.
