It’s always exciting to hear about large companies offering vegan food options as it helps to make veganism easy and accessible to many more people, so we’re delighted to hear that Boots have released a delicious new grab-and-go lunch option in stores this Christmas.
There’s no falafel or hummus in sight as the vegan sandwich is filled with parsnip fritters and butternut squash, and will be on offer for three months.
The vegan option is also part of the £3.39 Boots Meal Deal, or it can be purchased by itself for £2.75.
