Bill’s has partnered vegan meat brand THIS to offer a range of plant-based dishes throughout Veganuary.

The restaurant chain’s collaborative limited edition vegan recipes include options for brunch, lunch and dinner.

They boast a range of products from THIS, including its chicken pieces, bacon lardons and rashers, and sausages. Bill’s is the exclusive restaurant launch partner for the THIS Isn’t Streaky Bacon Rashers.

According to Bill’s, these options are ‘perfect for vegans, fully-fledged Veganuary challengers and those flexing it with meat alternatives from time to time’.

Bill’s vegan dishes

Among the limited edition dishes is the THIS Plant Plate (from £13.50), a brunch option boasting the new THIS Isn’t Streaky Bacon Rashers and THIS Isn’t Pork Sausage with roasted plum tomatoes, mushrooms, fried potatoes, scrambled OGGS, baked beans and toast, served with spicy sriracha sauce.
