Vegan icon and singer Billie Eilish has announced her new collaboration with Nike to launch a range of vegan Air Jordan trainers

Billie Eilish has entered the vegan footwear scene with her new launch of vegan Nike Air Jordan sneakers.
The vegan icon and singer announced the new range will feature two styles of Air Jordon’s – one lime green, the other beige.
Taking to Instagram, the star revealed the Nike trainers are “100% vegan with over 20% recycled material.”

Speaking on Instagram, Eilish said: “I am SO excited to finally share my two Air Jordan silhouettes with you!
“It was such an incredible and surreal experience getting to create these, especially in a sustainable fashion.”

Fans can get a piece of the star’s bold style with the lime green Nike Air Jordon’s.
In an interview with Page Six, Eilish shared: “This colour is such a classic, stupid, little ‘old me’ thing, I guess. I really wanted to kind of have almost like an ode to myself.
Billie continued to describe the production process of the vegan trainers, explaining: “You can make cool s*** and you don’t have to be wasteful.”
Moreover, the vegan trainers will be available on Eilish’s store from the 27th of this month, and on Nike SNKRS on the 30th.

Billie Eilish has used her platform to spread awareness of animal cruelty and promote the vegan movement.
During the Met Gala 2021, Eilish made headlines after she announced she had convinced high-fashion brand Oscar de la Renta to go fur-free.
Additionally, the 19-year-old had teamed up with her fellow vegan celebrities to deliver vegan burgers to homeless LGBT+ youth in America.
