Asda has unveiled its Valentine’s meal deal for 2022, and there’s plenty for vegans to enjoy this year.

The meal deal offers a starter, main, side, dessert, and wine for two all for £15.

Plus, Asda is throwing in a free Sky Movies voucher for an ultimate at-home date night.

The offer runs from 3rd to 14th February and includes meals from Asda’s Extra Special range.

Sarah Denyer, Product Manager at Asda said: “We’re pulling out all the stops with this year’s meal deal and the food and drink on offer is simply stunning.

“With our Extra Special meals, shoppers needn’t fork out for an expensive dinner or spend hours in the kitchen when all they really want is to spend time with their loved one.

“We’ve made top quality food super simple and affordable too – at just £15 for the whole meal, it’s the ideal package for a gorgeous night in.

“Add to that the free Sky Movies voucher and you’ve got a ready-made date night that’s simply extra special.”

The Asda vegan Valentine’s meal deal

Staying true to its status of Vegan Retailer of the Year in 2021, Asda has included flavoursome plant-based options in its 2022 meal deal.

Couples can start their Valentine’s meal with the Extra Special Vegan Crabless Croquettes.

Moving on to mains, Asda is launching a delicious Extra Special Vegan Coq-au-Vin Pie, featuring a rich, decadent filling and a flaky pastry heart on top.

To accompany this, Asda is offering a choice of vegetable sides, such as Extra Special Chantenay Carrots and Baby Parsnips with Orange and Maple Glaze or Extra Special Seasoned Sweet Potato Wedges.

For dessert, couples can enjoy Asda’s Extra Special Vegan Belgian Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Hearts, and there’s even a selection of vegan-friendly wines to choose from to wash it all down.
