We vegans love a good burger, so much so in fact that Oscar-winning actor Joaquin Phoenix celebrated his win with a plant-based patty, so its no wonder that vegan burger joints are soaring in popularity.

Italian vegan burger chain Flower Burgers, which offers a vibrantly coloured menu filled with Instagrammable vegan burgers across 14 international sites in Italy, France, and the Netherlands, will soon be making its UK debut as it signs a master franchise agreement to open outlets in the UK for the first time.

The company has big plans to open up to 45 Flower Burger restaurants open in ‘key cities’ over the next 10 years following its partnership with franchise consultant Seeds Consulting.

The menu is sure to be welcomed by those in the UK thanks to its tempting menu and famous colourful buns which have been coloured with natural ingredients.

Speaking to Big Hospitality, Flower Burger’s founder and managing director, Matteo Toto, said: “People do not normally associate vegan food with fun and enjoyment.

“Flower Burger is about changing this perception, with a psychedelic brand and restaurant décor and a
natural, great tasting product that we produce ourselves and that is unique to us”.
