Aldi launches vegan Valentine’s Day menu for just £15 for two

Aldi is launching a new vegan Valentine’s menu to help plant-based Brits say ‘I love you’ this February.

Over 500,000 people signed up for Veganuary this year, and with the plant-based trend on a high, the retailer has decided to continue with vegan offerings into February. Valentine’s Day will be a breeze for vegans at Aldi this year!

Loved up Brits can indulge in a starter, main, side, dessert and bottle of vegan-friendly prosecco for just £15. Who said being vegan meant breaking the bank?

To start, Aldi has launched Half a Dozen Thai Vegetable Red Roses filled with curry paste, spices, and Thai vegetables in colourful filo pastry. These floral delights are just £1.99 and are almost too good to eat.

For mains, there are two options to choose from: a No Beef Bourguignon Pie filled with seitan, chestnut mushrooms and onions in a red wine sauce, or No Chicken Kievs made with soya ‘chicken’ and roasted garlic and herb filling. The mains are priced at £1.69 and £2.69 respectively.

It will set you back just £6.99, which is cheaper than most vegan proseccos on the market and doesn’t compromise on taste. Moreover, it makes the perfect addition to your Valentine’s dinner for two!

All products will be available instore at Aldi from the 10th of February, ready for your big night in.
