Aldi UK is fast becoming the go-to supermarket for those looking for affordable vegan products. The supermarket recently launched a range of Vegan Society-approved trainers priced at £12.99 as well as adding a whole host of new vegan food products to stores for Veganuary.

Now the budget-friendly supermarket has proudly announced the release of its first-ever range of vegan skincare from Lacura.

Launching in-store on January 23rd, all of the products in the range are made from 100% natural ingredients and according to the supermarket are “suitable for all skin types.”

Not only are the ingredients used in the products suitable for vegans, but the range has also achieved Leaping Bunny certification from Cruelty Free International ensuring that none of the products in the Lacura range are tested on animals.

There are nine vegan and cruelty-free products in the range to choose from, including the Lacura 100% Naturally Derived Day Cream (£5.99), Eye Cream (£3.99), Face Wash, Face Scrub (£2.99), Hand & Nail Cream (£2.99) and Fruit Sheet Masks (£1.99).

The collection will be welcome news for those wanting to switch their cosmetics to cruelty-free alternatives as the Lacura range won’t break the bank with prices for the collection starting from just £1.99.
