A brand new range of plant-based products from Irish brand EDEN are launching in Sainsbury’s supermarket this spring.

EDEN is a new vegan and vegetarian Irish food brand which offers sustainably produced chilled food products made with 100% natural and wholesome ingredients.

The range includes products that are perfect for summer BBQ’s, such as the Curried Cauliflower Burgers (£2.50) made from a mix of cauliflower, sweet potato, turmeric and spices. EDEN also offer bite-sized versions of the burgers (£2.50) to nibble on.

Sainsbury’s will also stock EDEN’s vegan sausages (£3) which are made up of soy and wheat protein alongside a special combination of plant-based fats and spices.

To ensure the best flavour in its products, EDEN steam rather than fry their products to lock in all the tasty nourishment and juicy flavour.

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Marketing Manager at EDEN, Leigh Carr, said: “The launch of the EDEN range originated from creating a vegetarian and vegan meals that are better tasting, natural and convenient for busy lives.

“Using only natural, wholesome and sustainably sourced ingredients, the EDEN range is steamed rather than fried to ensure a flavoursome, honest and better-tasting meal option for all.”

The EDEN range will be available in select Sainsbury’s stores from the 15th May 2019.
