So in our April issue of Vegan Food & Living, we’re celebrating the delicious flavours of Italian cooking by giving it a vegan twist. Also this issue, we cook up dishes inspired by Ghana and Asia, reignite our love of lentils and practise batch cooking to fill up our freezers with tasty meals for those days when you only have time to heat something up.

This month also marks two important changes in our own environmental journey. Firstly, all membership copies of the magazine from this point forwards will be delivered in paper wrap rather than plastic.
Secondly, we’re now using Carbon Balanced Paper to print every issue of Vegan Food & Living. This means that the average carbon impact for paper production has been balanced, or offset, by World Land Trust (WLT), through the preservation of high conservation forests, saving threatened habitats and their biodiversity.
We hope these changes help you to enjoy your magazine even more, and we’ll keep striving to do what we can to protect the planet we all call home.
