This year Veganuary has seen record numbers of people signing up to take part in the month-long pledge to eat plant-based meals, with 14,000 signing up on the 30th December alone.
However, with Greggs and McDonald’s launching vegan options, there are fast becoming more options for vegans than ever before. Diet guru Teri-Ann Nunns has recently launched the Terri Ann V Plan, a vegan and vegetarian lifestyle and diet plan which aims to educate people about the benefits of including more plant-based meals into your diet.
In light of Veganuary, Terri-Ann has put together a handy eating out guide that highlights the best vegan-friendly options available at popular restaurants, fast-food chains and coffee shops in the UK.
